I once walked into a cafe and saw coffees from all around the world except for Burundi.

When I asked the owner why, he told me that he loves Burundi coffee but found it hard to come by.

So I decided to change that fact for him and all other roasters.

As I discovered and learnt more about the industry, I realized that I had to do it in accordance with the values of Burundi which is why I decided to take care of the farmer and take of the land and the coffee would take care of me and those I share it with.
